TQ6410开发板启动不了了，请版主看看啊，着急死

我用命令1烧写u-boot时，出现如下提示：
NAND erase: device 0 offset 0x0, size 0x40000                                 
                                                                              
NAND write: device 0 offset 0x0, size 0xea000013                              
Image -369098733 bytes, NAND page 2048 bytes, OOB area 2048 bytes, device size s
Input block does not fit into device

然后，启动Linux时出现如下错误：

s3c-nand: ECC uncorrectable error detected                                    
s3c-nand: ECC uncorrectable error detected

是不是U-boot坏了？可是SD卡也启动不了了，那咋办呢？楼主啊
