移植H264编码库编译错误问题

H.264编码库编译
[root@localhost linux]# make
............................................
....................
..........................
   
checking dependencies

-
creating binary "../bin/t264"
... done

update tag table
/bin/sh: etags: command not found
make: *** [tags] Error 127

看网上说在联网下执行
yum install ctags

我试过了 显示如下：
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* base: mirror.neu.edu.cn
* extras: mirror.neu.edu.cn
* updates: mirror.averse.net
Setting up Install Process
Package ctags-5.6-1.1.i386 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do

然后make 依然出现上面的问题   请大家帮忙指点一下

还有一个问题在执行make是时候回出现block.o: could not read symbols: File in wrong format的错误 也请大家帮忙告知一下
