按照手册做有些问题 ，内核做make menuconfig 的时候file system 没有设置支持yaffs
我现在能认出yaffs 但好像不对

检查你的根文件系统吧，应该是根文件系统出了问题。
1.检查一下linuxrc和/sbin/init是否有可执行权限；
2.检查一下/dev/下是否有console和null设备；
3.检查/etc/init.d/rcS是否有可执行权限；
4.检查/etc/inittab中是否有串口信息，如：s3c2440_serial0::askfirst:-/bin/sh；另外，s3c2440_serial应该和内核源代码树中drivers/serial/samsung.c中的s3c24xx_uart_drv变量的.dev_name是否一致；
5.检查根文件系统的交叉编译工具是否和内核一致；
6.检查busybox是否支持udev以及ash；

你看看内核的Device Driver->MTD->NAND Device Support->Samsung S3C NAND Hardware ECC是否编译进内核了？在2.6.30以后的内核需要这个选项。

我是直接拿TQ的文件系统做的，现在也出现这个问题了

出现这个问题应该是64MB的Nand Flash使用了ECC校验引起的。

不用Ecc校验，用天嵌提供的文件系统做我自己的文件系统，也会出现这个问题的，

这个问题已经解决了，原来是内核没有使用EABI编译造成的

晕死，这样的情况你不自己说出来，我们是没法解决的；我们默认的就是：使用EABI编译器编译内核+文件系统或者使用softfloat的编译器编译内核和文件系统。
