TQ2440启动时显示文件系统的错误,求救！

    我按照手册，先后将uboot、内核linux-2.6.25.8、256M文件系统烧进开发板，在nand flash可以正常启动，但是启动后板子就没有了反应，有显示界面，但触摸屏无响应。CRT里面显示如下：
