安装SDK时出现的问题！

我安装TQ2440ASDK.msi
出现：Software development tools required to use this SDK for application development are not installed on this workstation. Before trying to run the Setup Wizard again, verify that the required software is installed. To determine which software development tools are required, see the Microsoft Web site at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=21615&clcid=0x409,which you can open in an external browser window by clicking the Open Browser button.
我的安装顺序为：
pb5.0
ActiveSync 4.5
EVC4++
EVC4 SP4
