Web远程监控文件系统问题

大家好，我自己制作了天嵌科技提供的WEB远程控制系统的文件系统镜像：mkyaffs2image xxx xxx.bin （Nandflash是256MB）并把它烧录到开发板中，然后用NAND启动，发现超级终端中回显错误，开机直接定死了，大家能告诉我是哪里出的问题吗？具体内容如下：
