linux中fdisk分区CF卡，无法保存

#fdisk -l

Disk /dev/hda: 1748 MB, 1748533248 bytes

Units = cylinders of 1008 * 512 = 516096 bytes

Disk /dev/hda doesn't contain a valid partition table

然后用fdisk分区，分区完毕按p查看正确，按w保存时出现下面错误
