u-boot-1.1.6移植问题

我在移植uboot 1.1.6到TQ2440时。最后一步tftp下载文件系统yaffs。总是下载到一半就重启了。不知道为什么？
移植的前几个步骤：还有现象如下：

你的内存没处理好，你那是64M的内存的uboot，你这样操作的话，文件系统不能太大，而且地址不能与uboot代码段冲突
