你的错误信息显示的路径很奇怪的，你能告诉一下你的PB是怎么安装的？

就是安装的时候把路径C改成F盘,后面的都不变

File: f:\macallan2\private\winceos\tools\rescommon\checksum就算是把C盘改成F盘，也没有这个macallan2的目录产生啊。
你是不是开了杀毒软件什么的啊？建议禁用掉杀毒软件再编译试试。
