Nand Flash启动不了

无法从Nand Flash启动

我的Nand Flash型号为K9GAG08UOD
按照手册上的说明把拨码开关拨到如下位置
1 2 3 ON 4 OFF
启动软件SecureCRT 在从新启动开发板 看不到启动信息
拨回正常位置 启动开发板 按空格键 显示信息如下

对照下图中所示，
在您选择从 Nand Flash 启动(MLC:2GB)时,需要将 OM3_OM4 这一路拨到 ON 端,然后将 EINT13
这路拨到编号端,EINT14 到 EINT15 这两路拨到 ON 端,构成 OM3OM4 为 11,EINT13~EINT15 为
011,也就是上面截图中的 Nand Flash 启动(MLC 2GB)栏。


另外你所说的正常位置是从SD卡启动吗？

正常位置 指的是 出厂设置的位置

又核对了一下 出厂设置是从Nand Flash 启动。但是SecureCRT的显示的信息和手册上不一样
