u-boot 烧写问题：如何从Nor flash改回nand flash

我选了隐藏操作选项"o" ，Download u-boot to Nor Flash，搞得linux都没法启动了。超级终端总是显示下载选项，无论重新选1，3，6下载项下载，都还是没法启动系统，怎么改回来啊

怎么没人提点建议啊
开发板一启动就成这样，都没按空格就自己跳到下载选项了，然后重新下载u-boot到nand flash都没用，就是因为之前有一次下载u-boot到了nor flash。

怎么发现的？

从Nor Flash启动就有这个选项。老版本和新版本的使用手册都讲了的。
