lcd & touch schematic

hi
i bought E8 and it is very good for me.
and now i need to connect it to the 7 inch lcd .
my lcd is innolux AT070TN9 and it doesnd have driver to connect it directly to E8.
and my touch type is Resistive and i dont khow how to connect it.connect it directly or i must used ic to drive it.
if you has a schematic please he
