遇到Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!的问题该如何处理？

在加载自己编译的文件系统的时候遇到Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!
内核配置已经支持了EABI
Kernel Features  --->
            

Use the ARM EABI to compile the kernel                  
            

   Allow old ABI binaries to run with this kernel (EXPERIMENTA)
但问题还是依然存在。
可以肯定制作文件系统时出了问题，因为使用天嵌提供的现成的文件系统就没有问题了。
请问问题出在哪？

文件系统制作 需要区分不同的nand容量，使用的命令不同，手册有说明
