求救，新手烧wince遇到无法启动问题

从linux转烧ce，遇到了问题。。。
eboot下载，最后传输完NK_W35_2_3Serial_20091224.bin后可以进入系统，关电重启就有如下错误，求救哇

1、使用3Serial的镜像，烧写时串口是不会有打印信息的。
2、建议你先从Nor Flash启动，使用命令9-1-y格式化nand后，重新烧写eboot等，然后完成NK.bin的烧写。
