请教WINCE的OV9650问题

敬爱的版主，
我在调试OV9650的时候在C0V9650_TestDlg:lay()里添加了这一行代码，编辑就会报错
代码：ret                =        DeviceIoControl(hCam,IOCTL_CAM_CONT,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL);

报错：

请问这是什么问题，去掉这一行就没事了，很困扰，请帮忙看看是怎么回事，THANKU.
